    • Trust litigation matter involving modification of trust documents in last weeks of grantor's life
    • Breach of contract and piercing corporate veil claims taken to trial and resulting in a judgment which exceeded $800,000 and included a judgment against the corporation and the individual owner
    • Successfully defended client against sophisticated trade secret and breach of non-competition agreement claims made by client’s competitor
    • Positive result after arbitration on 18 claims made against client surrounding "corporate divorce" matter involving disputes between members of limited liability companies and cross-claims of breach of fiduciary duties and statutory violations
    • Successful defense of motion for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction regarding ownership and use of software code
    • Breach of contract dispute taken to trial in federal court over disagreement regarding broker commission and amounts due to investor
