​Rebecca Vicario is an associate concentrating her practice in the firm’s Real Estate and Business Organizations and Transactions practice groups.

In connection with the firm’s Real Estate practice, Rebecca represents clients in acquisitions and sales of both commercial and residential properties, from the negotiation of real estate contracts all the way through closing and post-closing matters.

In connection with the firm’s Business Organizations and Transactions practice, Rebecca assists both borrowers and lenders in commercial lending transactions, represents entities in connection with business formation, assists with mergers and acquisitions, and handles a variety of other general business matters.

Prior to joining the firm’s Real Estate and Business Organizations and Transactions practice groups, Rebecca was a member of the firm’s commercial litigation department, focusing her practice on commercial foreclosures and workouts and otherwise representing financial institutions and other business entities through all phases of litigation.
