For example, in connection with the acquisition of a parcel of land in Chicago's Printer's Row neighborhood adjacent to the historic Harrison Hotel that our client developed into one of the tallest self-storage towers in the country, we negotiated the $10+ million acquisition and construction financing required for the project, and various development and construction agreements.
