And we've executed virtually every type of leasing transaction in use today: ground, build-to-suit, office, mixed-use, synthetic, and other leases, as well as sale/leaseback arrangements and subleases.
For example, as part of the acquisition of a shopping center in Weaverville, North Carolina, we negotiated for our client – a joint venture between a nationally-recognized American REIT and an Australian pension fund – the lease buy-out of an existing anchor tenant and a 22-year lease with a replacement tenant for approximately 50,000 square foot of space.
