Jeremy P. Kreger
Member
Jeremy Kreger is a member in the firm’s litigation department. He has successfully represented clients ranging from entrepreneurs and developers to large corporations, financial institutions and public entities in real estate related and other complex commercial litigation.
Jeremy litigates cases in state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums, involving breaches of contractual and fiduciary obligations, partnership and shareholder disputes, restrictive covenants and other employment related matters, trade-secret misappropriation, trademark and copyright disputes, fraudulent conveyances, fraud, and creditors’ rights. Additionally, Jeremy has led two teams in Retiree Committee cases in analyzing thousands of health care plan documents and drafting arguments against the termination of benefits. In the area of real estate related litigation, Jeremy prosecutes and defends claims involving actions to quiet title, construction disputes, mechanics’ and brokers’ liens, disputes with municipalities, title insurance claims, and commercial and industrial landlord-tenant issues.Professional & Civic Activities
