Simonida Boscovic is an associate concentrating her practice in the firm's Business Organizations and Transactions group.

Simonida represents clients in connection with various business matters such as business formation, contract drafting and negotiations, fundraising, sales, mergers and acquisitions.  In particular, Simonida's focus is on technology contracts that deal with software licensing, software-as-a-service and data privacy issues. 

Prior to joining Stahl Cowen, Simonida was general counsel of a technology company specializing in system of systems architecture and block-chain.  Simonida is deeply involved in the start-up and venture scene in Chicago where she frequently advises companies on legal matters and generates deal flow.
