Jill Bonitz concentrates her practice in the area of real estate law. Ms. Bonitz represents clients in a variety of transactions, including the sale and refinance of commercial real estate, property development, real estate acquisitions, commercial and ground leases, and condominium conversions. She has experience in structured finance, negotiating and documenting loans in connection with a wide range of real estate projects, reviewing leases, assisting clients in due diligence, and working with financial institutions providing secured lending.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bonitz worked in commercial mortgage lending at LaSalle Bank specializing in the area of Real Estate Capital Markets.
