Eric Anderson is a general practitioner. He devotes a large amount of his practice to acting as general counsel to not-for-profit organizations, Illinois park districts, financial institutions, and closely held for-profit corporations. Mr. Anderson also specializes in estate planning and estate administration, including probate.Mr. Anderson represents his business and individual clients in a wide variety of legal matters including organizing and incorporating; mergers and acquisitions; employment contracts, disputes, and employee handbook drafting; real estate purchases, sales, foreclosures, and condemnations; drafting and negotiating contracts for goods and services; litigation; appellate practice; insurance coverage; bond issues; tax planning and estate and income tax return preparation.
Mr. Anderson is a competitive water skier and enjoys several other athletic activities. He was born and raised in Michigan, and began the practice of law there in 1993 with the Law Office of Tat Parish. He practiced with the Chicago Law Firm of Overgaard & Davis from 1995 to 2005, becoming a partner in 2001. Mr Anderson joined Stahl, Cowen, Crowley in 2005.
