Mark E. Brabec concentrates his practice in the representation of real estate developers and middle-market businesses. He represents his clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including the purchase, development, sales and exchanges of commercial real estate; commercial leasing; cellular and satellite antenna licenses; and cable and utility agreements. As outside general counsel to middle-market business entities, Mr. Brabec’s corporate transactions include mergers and acquisitions; management and operating agreements; employment and consulting agreements; manufacturing and distributing agreements; licensing agreements; and other complex business issues. Additionally, he has experience in real estate and asset based lending documentation; commercial loan work-outs; and representation of lenders and creditors in bankruptcy matters.

Before joining Stahl Cowen Crowley, Mr. Brabec practiced with Meltzer, Purtill & Stelle for six years. Previously, he served in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant from 1987 to 1994. He is currently a Commissioner on the Village of Gilberts Planning Commission and a Trustee of the RJ Sanders Memorial Fund.
