Brian Troglia practices primarily in the areas of corporate and employment law. He is corporate counsel to several companies in industries that include restaurants and hospitality, construction, manufacturing, foreign trade, telecommunications, and computer/internet related business. His representation of such clients includes general corporate matters, raising capital, contract negotiation and drafting, and business acquisition and sale. Mr. Troglia also advises clients on employment related aspects of their business including executive employment agreements, day-to-day workforce issues, and creation and implementation of corporate policies and procedures, including advice relating to employment and labor issues in bankruptcy or turn-around situations.

Mr. Troglia began his legal career in Chicago in the area of litigation and later focused on corporate law. His prior commercial litigation experience is a valuable client resource to advising clients on business and employment related matters. In 1997, Mr. Troglia founded Stone, Troglia & Leinenweber where he concentrated on corporate law. He practiced there until July 1999 when the firm merged with Cowen, Crowley, Nord & Staub, P.C., which later became Stahl Cowen Crowley LLC.
