Ben Malkin concentrates his practice in a wide variety of corporate and commercial real estate matters. Mr. Malkin’s corporate practice includes the structuring, drafting and negotiating for private placements and the acquisitions and dispositions of business entities, the preparation and negotiation of corporate and partnership documents, including shareholder (buy-sell) agreements, partnership agreements and operating agreements for limited liability companies, as well as the drafting and negotiating of all types of business contracts, including employment and consulting agreements, stock option agreements, sales representative agreements, confidentiality agreements, manufacturing agreements and service agreements. Mr. Malkin is also experienced in negotiating, drafting, and interpreting office, retail, shopping center, industrial warehouse and ground leases for both landlords and tenants.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Malkin practiced law at Bronson & Kahn, LLC, concentrating in the areas of corporate and real estate law.
