Paul Hull concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and business law. He has represented clients in a wide range of commercial real estate and business transactions, including business acquisitions and dispositions; development and sales of residential and commercial condominiums, as well as townhomes; commercial leases; shopping center acquisitions, sales, development and leasing; commercial real estate acquisition and construction loans; and various other types of land acquisitions, sales, annexations, zoning, development and leasing.

Mr. Hull also represents several lending institutions and commercial borrowers in the drafting, negotiation and implementation of acquisition, construction and permanent mortgage loans for various types of commercial development transactions.

Additionally, Mr. Hull has experience in the formation of various types of business entities, including the drafting and negotiating of organizational and transactional such as agreements, articles, operating agreements, partnership agreements and by-laws.

Further, Mr. Hull also has related experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial real estate litigation involving foreclosures, forcible detainer, and condemnation actions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hull practiced law as an associate with the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson, concentrating in commercial litigation and condemnation law.
