Andrew Eres concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and real estate litigation. Mr. Eres has more than seven years of experience in a wide variety of litigated and arbitrated disputes, including, creditor bankruptcy work, actions for breach of contract or fiduciary duty, partnership and shareholder disputes, statutory construction, debt collection, and lender liability, fraud, negligence and title insurance claims. In addition, his real estate litigation practice includes, but is not limited to, mortgage foreclosures (commercial, residential, and industrial properties), representation of condominium associations and real estate developers, construction defect litigation, mechanics' lien and landlord-tenant disputes, and actions for specific performance of contracts. Mr. Eres served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Blanche Manning of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. - Illinois State Bar Association
