Bill Crowley is a seasoned corporate, securities and transactional lawyer and has handled major business acquisitions, securities offerings, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, reorganizations and workouts. He is corporate counsel to a number of mid-sized and growing companies in such varied areas as information systems, internet retail and services, health care, manufacturing, marketing, consulting, construction and franchising. Mr. Crowley began his career with the Chicago law firm of Winston & Strawn, and later was a partner in the law firms of Norman & Billick and Coin, Crowley & Nord. In 1983, he was a founding partner in Cowen, Crowley, Nord & Staub, P.C. which later merged with Stahl Brashler, LLC., forming Stahl Cowen Crowley, LLC.
Mr. Crowley is listed in Marquis Who's Who In American Law (3d Edition).
While in law school, Mr. Crowley was a member of the Legal Honor Society. He also served as an instructor on legal writing and appellate advocacy at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
