Teresa Campbell concentrates her practice in residential and commercial real estate and corporate law. She has represented clients in transactions involving residential and commercial acquisitions and development, loan documentation, and condominium acquisitions, conversions and sales. Further, Ms. Campbell has experience negotiating and drafting documents in connection with a broad range of phases and types of real estate transactions. She also has experience in the formation of various types of business entities, including the drafting and negotiating of organizational and transactional documents such as articles, operating agreements, partnership agreements and by-laws.While in law school, Ms. Campbell was a member and staff editor of The John Marshall Law Review.
