On March 7th, Megan spoke at the LegalXX: Women in Legal Tech Conference about Creating a Cultural Shift with Momentum and Team Building Around Core Values. Law firms notoriously lack gender and cultural diversity and are ripe environments for implicit gender bias. Women with business development skills and a focus on creating a team that is grounded in certain core values are key elements to creating change. Understanding that there are differences in business development skills and strategy between the genders is critical to creating a culture shift within law firms.
